Our Story
Beyond Belief began in 2016 as a basement hobby in New Jersey where family, faith, and a single DIY press shaped every shirt. The side project soon grew into a screen printing and design studio driven by a love for community and quality.
In 2023 we relocated to Monroe, NC and quickly became the go‑to “merch guys” for local schools, churches, small businesses, and non‑profits. From Chris’s first homemade screens to the pro setup we run today, our mission stays the same: make gear people are proud to wear and keep the process friendly and reliable.

Just me — Chris Nervegna. I’m the one answering emails, reclaiming screens, pulling prints, packing boxes, and even grabbing the coffee. I built this shop from scratch, and I take a ton of pride in every order that leaves it.
How did the studio get its name?
Beyond Belief started as the title of a family trimming and construction company way back when. Carrying the name forward keeps that hardworking spirit alive and pushes me to put extra care into every print.
Where is the shop located?
You’ll find us in Monroe, North Carolina, just outside Charlotte. We print in a fully rebuilt garage turned studio—spotless, efficient, and hands‑down the nicest place in town to hang out and get work done.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Mostly local businesses, schools, churches, and creatives — people who care about quality and want to support a local shop. I’ve printed for fundraisers, restaurants, golf trips, family reunions, and startup brands alike.
What’s your favorite part of the process?
Honestly? That first pull on press when a design comes to life. That — and hearing from a customer that their team loved the shirts. Makes the long nights worth it.
Do you still do everything yourself?
Yep. For now, every single job is handled in-house — no outsourcing, no middlemen. It lets me keep quality high and communication tight. I like it that way.
